Case Study: Movement Mortgage achieves a learning-first culture and rapid training adoption with Bridge

A Bridge Case Study

Preview of the Movement Mortgage Case Study

Creating a Competitive Advantage With a Culture of Learning

Movement Mortgage, a fast-growing national mortgage lender with ~4,300 employees across 48 states, faced a highly regulated, volatile market and needed to reinvent its learning and development approach to sustain growth and support its goal of serving one in ten home‑buyers by 2025. The challenge was to replace a legacy, compliance‑centric LMS with a learning culture that worked across generations, kept up with rapid expansion, and supported career growth rather than just onboarding.

By adopting Bridge, the L&D team redesigned compliance learning into an employee‑friendly experience, expanded management and leadership paths, and enabled local subject‑matter experts to author content. Adoption rose quickly: 13% of courses taken were optional, and optional learning was completed 2.3× faster than benchmarks. The program improved knowledge transfer, freed managers to focus on core work, and created measurable learning pathways tied to strategic talent objectives.
