Case Study: Cint unifies L&D and lowers LMS costs with Bridge

A Bridge Case Study

Cint unifies two LMSs and frees budget with Bridge

Cint, a global research technology provider, faced a challenge after acquiring Lucid Holdings, which left it with two separate learning management systems (LMS). The legacy system from Lucid was expensive and difficult to administer, requiring a cumbersome process for content creation. Cint needed to consolidate its L&D infrastructure into a single, cost-effective platform and chose to evaluate its existing vendor, Bridge, and its LMS.

The solution was to migrate entirely to Bridge's LMS. This provided a much simpler, two-step content authoring process and utilized smart groups to automatically assign training. The results included a significant drop in administrative queries, the ability for non-specialists to create training, and the freeing up of budgetary resources. Furthermore, Bridge helped Cint become compliant with European data regulations and easily expand its training to external customers.
