Cardon Outreach, a MedData company with 1,300 employees across 44 states that provides revenue cycle management to over 650 hospitals, needed a modern, easy-to-use learning platform to standardize training for its dispersed workforce. The training team was frustrated with an inherited LMS and sought a responsive system with intuitive course-authoring, simple reporting, and straightforward content delivery that would support a subject-matter-expert (SME) model.

In April 2016 Cardon implemented Bridge, giving 15+ SMEs easy authoring tools and hands-on support during rollout. The change freed instructional designers from most course creation, cut project backlog, and is expected to save hundreds of hours annually and roughly $30K over three years; reporting became instantaneous, assessments are simpler, and a device-agnostic platform enables mobile-friendly microlearning to improve retention and reduce turnover.
