Wyze Achieves a 56% Increase in Conversions With Cross-Channel Segmentation

Wyze, the Seattle-based smart home camera and appliance maker, wanted to boost adoption of its Cam Plus subscription by better segmenting users and delivering more relevant onboarding messaging. To solve this, Wyze partnered with Braze (working with Braze Alloys partner Segment) to expand beyond generic updates and leverage in-app messaging, push, and email tied to user behavior.

Using Segment to funnel Data Lake events into Braze Canvas, Wyze built cross-channel, behavior-driven journeys and A/B tested multiple flows for different devices and subscriber states. The Braze-powered campaign produced a 56% lift in conversions versus the control group and engaged roughly 1.5 million users, enabling faster measurement and deeper, more personalized customer connections.
