To gain clarity on who to target, 8Fit partnered with Braze and used Braze Predictive Purchases (part of the Braze Predictive Suite) to score users by their likelihood to buy.
Using Braze, 8Fit segmented users by Purchase Likelihood Scores and ran targeted email, push, and in‑app offers—varying discount levels and excluding low‑scoring users. The approach drove 3.75X higher conversions versus a random cohort and saved about 100,000 emails weekly, improving campaign efficiency and overall ROI.
