Paxful partnered with Braze, using tools like Braze Canvas and Liquid personalization to deliver tailored, language-aware campaigns that matched users’ engagement stages.

Braze enabled Paxful to build personalized customer journeys, country- and engagement-based onboarding flows, and detailed measurement via Braze Funnel Reports. The “Be The Change” campaign re-engaged several thousand users, drove a 2.4% conversion rate for trades among recipients, an 8% conversion rate for sessions started, and a 3,233.33% increase in video views—demonstrating Braze’s measurable impact on Paxful’s growth and engagement.
