Lacking cross-channel engagement capabilities, PAYOMATIC partnered with Braze to deliver personalized push notifications, in‑app messages, Content Cards, and Connected Content that guide customers at key moments in their journey.
Using Braze—integrated with Snowflake, Fivetran, and AWS SageMaker—PAYOMATIC launched data-driven, personalized campaigns (pushes that routed to Content Cards and in‑app messages with dynamic offers and deep links) that produced measurable impact: a 32% uplift in direct/mobile deposit adoption, an 11% increase in mobile app engagement, and 50% prepaid cardholder mobile app penetration, improving onboarding, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
