NZME’s OneRoof Boosts Email Engagement by 23% With Braze Intelligent Timing

OneRoof, NZME’s property platform, needed better control over email personalization and timing to drive more users to their site and app. Facing limited developer capacity and generic, non-localized communications, OneRoof turned to Braze and its Intelligence Suite (including Intelligent Timing, Connected Content, and Liquid Personalization) to enable marketer-driven, data-rich cross-channel campaigns.

Working with Braze, OneRoof built a Profile Builder and used Braze Intelligent Timing plus ML-driven content to deliver localized newsletters, recommended listings, and in‑app messages tailored to declared and inferred user data. The Braze-powered solution lifted email click-to-open rates by 23%, achieved a 77% Profile Builder completion rate, and drove a 218% uplift in total clicks to property listings and a 57% uplift in unique clicks.
