MoneySuperMarket Implements Braze To Turbocharge Their Messaging

MoneySuperMarket, a leading UK price-comparison service, needed faster, more personalized cross-channel messaging that could tap into its rich backend data. Their prior engagement platform didn’t integrate with their architecture, causing long lead times and limiting web and mobile channels, so MoneySuperMarket turned to Braze and its customer engagement platform (including Connected Content, SDKs and the User Track API) to upgrade messaging and unlock real-time personalization.

Braze integrated with MoneySuperMarket’s Serenity recommendation engine and Google Cloud data, using Connected Content, Currents exports and SDKs to deliver hyper-relevant emails, in-app messages and SMS. The result was rapid deployment (first campaign live in 118 days / 8 weeks), a record-setting Car Incentive campaign, a jump from 500 to 25,000 sends per minute, scaling recommendation transactions to 25,000 TPM, 1.6 million daily profile updates and campaigns driving a 25% conversion rate—demonstrating Braze’s measurable impact on speed and engagement.
