LinkAja, Indonesia’s national payment system used by more than 75 million consumers, needed to drive more transactions within the first 14 days after app download. To accelerate onboarding and conversions, LinkAja partnered with Braze, leveraging Braze Canvas and Currents along with Braze Alloys partners Mixpanel and Looker to add channels, improve targeting, and connect analytics.

Using Braze, LinkAja implemented a multi-channel Canvas journey (push, email, in‑app messages) for onboarding and promotions, used Mixpanel for segmentation and Looker for real-time visualization, and fed data back with Currents for deeper insights. As a result, Braze helped LinkAja achieve a 10% lift in transactions in users’ first week and a 32% increase in transactions within the first 14 days, while simplifying campaign automation and reporting.
