Fiverr, the global freelance services marketplace, needed a way to scale lifecycle marketing and orchestrate cohesive customer journeys as their business grew. To solve fragmented, ad hoc messaging across channels they adopted Braze’s Braze Canvas to give marketing and growth teams a visual, testable way to manage multichannel engagement.
Using Braze Canvas, Fiverr ran a multi-variant Canvas that tested four approaches against a control and leveraged Braze features like Intelligent Timing, Exception Events, Connected Content, and multi-channel delivery (mobile & web push, in-app/in-browser messages, and email). Braze’s solution enabled faster experimentation and optimization and drove measurable gains: ~8.8% more purchases within three days, a ~10.1% increase in average order value, and ~20.9% higher campaign revenue.
