Using Braze, KFC Ecuador ran Canvas journeys with message variants and Intelligent Timing to deliver offers via the best channels at each customer’s peak engagement window, testing email vs. push and value-added incentives like free delivery. The campaign cut down on abandoned coupons, gave KFC deeper segment insights, and drove a measurable 15% increase in revenue (with 15% of sales directly attributable to Braze).
