Jumbo Interactive Increases Revenue and App Users With Cross-Channel Campaigns

Jumbo, the Australian lottery solutions company behind Oz Lotteries, needed to drive more mobile app downloads and increase sales of higher-priced Superdraw tickets. To do this they partnered with Braze, leveraging Braze Content Cards and cross-channel messaging informed by Amplitude analytics to create automated, targeted campaigns.

Braze implemented an automated cross-channel program (mobile push, in‑app messages, email and web Content Cards) using Amplitude cohorts and Connected Content API calls to personalize offers non‑intrusively. The results were a 300x increase in larger-ticket Superdraw revenue and a 5% app download conversion rate, demonstrating Braze’s impact on engagement and sales.
