Using Braze, Overstock implemented automated lifecycle messaging, Connected Content to surface recently viewed products, and cross-channel orchestration to combine email and push notifications. The result: fewer sends but much higher engagement—campaigns drove a 21% conversion rate and a 38% open rate (3X industry average), with unique clicks about 9X higher than benchmarks—and increased app/web sessions and repeat visits thanks to Braze-powered personalization.
