Using the Braze platform, Mercari implemented personalized, targeted campaigns and A/B testing to boost conversion and lifetime value, then expanded the platform’s use to Japan. With Braze, Mercari reached 2 million U.S. monthly active users, achieved a 70% year‑over‑year increase in U.S. gross merchandise volume, amassed 45 million downloads, and now sees more than 150,000 new listings daily.
