To do this they partnered with Braze, using Braze Email and the platform’s Connected Content capabilities alongside their own machine-learning models to deliver individually relevant messaging.
Using Braze, Ibotta sends personalized “Switch and Save” emails 24 hours after shopping and a customized shopping list every Friday populated with high-value offers and recommendations. The Braze-powered campaigns drive a 15% open rate, 1% click-through rate and an 8% conversion rate (about 2x higher than a prior campaign), improving engagement, revenue and long-term loyalty.
