Glovo, the on-demand intermediary platform operating in 24 countries, faced the challenge of replacing one-size-fits-all communications with personalized messaging to drive orders and increase customer frequency. To solve this, Glovo partnered with Braze and deployed Braze Canvas (using Audience Paths), Connected Content, and the Braze Intelligence Suite to segment users by attributes like favorite store and cuisine and to automate tailored messages across preferred channels.
Using Braze’s tools, Glovo automated priority-based audience paths, dynamic content, and intelligent channeling to deliver individualized campaigns without engineering resources, yielding strong results: up to 12 million impressions and order increases reported as high as 49%, with campaign-level impacts such as a 4.3% uplift in orders and 1.2 million impressions in a month. Braze’s solution also saved marketing time by enabling testing and automation without coding.
