Fondeadora, a Mexico City–based neobank, needed to build brand trust and boost key conversion metrics—specifically converting leads into account holders and getting new account holders to fund their accounts. To address this, Fondeadora partnered with Braze and adopted the Braze customer engagement platform for personalized, mobile-first cross-channel messaging, A/B testing, and integrations with Segment and AppsFlyer.

Using Braze to run A/B tests and deliver dynamic SMS and email follow-ups, Fondeadora optimized onboarding and funding flows and achieved measurable gains: a 4% increase in initial enrollment conversions, a 5% increase in account funding, a reduction in time-to-first-purchase from 12 to 9 days, and only three spam labels across thousands of emails.
