To solve this, 8Fit partnered with Braze, using Liquid personalization and Braze tools like Canvas to orchestrate Email, Push, and In‑App Messaging.
Braze implemented multi-channel, dynamically personalized campaigns—using Liquid templates and Canvas decision splits to segment users by streak status and send tailored nudges, rewards, and trial offers. The campaign drove a 40% uplift in weekly class views, a 17% uplift in weekly class completions, a 4% uplift in overall workout finishes, and a 13% conversion rate from free to paid users, all while reducing developer effort thanks to Braze.
