To solve this, Fishbrain partnered with Braze, using Braze Canvas and Braze Alloys partners Amplitude and Phiture to build a more personalized onboarding experience.
Braze helped Fishbrain implement targeted, multi-channel onboarding journeys (email, in‑app messages, push) with Decision Split and Delay steps, integrate analytics via Braze Currents into Amplitude, and run A/B tests with Phiture’s guidance. As a result, Fishbrain increased paid subscriptions by 33%, improved retention by 24% versus a control group, and achieved a 10x improvement in email deliverability and higher open rates.
