To address these issues, Car Next Door partnered with Braze, using Braze’s platform and Braze Alloys technology partners (including Mixpanel, Segment, and Looker) to better understand user behavior and trigger timely messages.
Using Braze’s Canvas journeys, Currents data export, and Alloy integrations, Car Next Door implemented triggered push, email, and in‑app campaigns that reminded users to finish ID verification, complete bookings, and finish car listing steps (including badging). With Braze, the company achieved a 20% uplift in trip booking completions post‑messaging, doubled badge conversion (from ~5–8% to 16%), cut campaign launch time from 24 hours to 1 hour, and scaled marketing output with a much smaller team.
