Babylon Health, the digital health company that connects patients with virtual care, needed an innovative way to promote its Healthcheck feature and drive users into the app. To do this they worked with Braze (and Braze Alloy partner ActionRocket) to explore AMP for Email and richer interactive email formats as the primary channel for the campaign.
Using Braze to deliver interactive AMP and CSS emails developed with ActionRocket, Babylon Health sent tailored versions across providers and phased sends to engaged users. The Braze-powered campaign produced 56% higher click-through rates versus standard email and drove a 20% increase in Healthcheck completions during the campaign.
