Noble Caledonia, an award-winning provider of small-ship cruise holidays, worked with social media agency No Pork Pies to better understand and reach its niche audience — largely people aged 60+ — whose online habits are specific and cautious, preferring familiar sites. The challenge was to identify where this audience researched and booked trips and to learn how to earn their trust and attention online.

No Pork Pies used Brandwatch’s detailed search strings and filtering to isolate high-quality conversations and sites (forums, blogs, videos) used by the target group, informing channel and content choices. The work led to the launch of a community site (travelpost.noble-caledonia.co.uk) built with Wild Dog Design, and Brandwatch continues to supply insights for content creation, engagement and monthly performance reporting.
