VR‑NetWorld GmbH, part of the Volksbanken Raiffeisenbanken cooperative network, works with member banks and the Baden‑Württembergischer Genossenschaftsverband (BWGV) to keep regional banks informed in a fast‑moving digital environment. The challenge was to replace rigid, out‑of‑date PDF reports with real‑time monitoring for industry issues, emerging crises, changing customer behavior and competitor activity.

VR‑NetWorld’s Social Media Manager Julian Wicharz implemented live reporting using Brandwatch Vizia and Consumer Research: bespoke queries for each member bank, sentiment and follower tracking, newsroom dashboards (including a “Coronavirus Radar”) and a trend radar for fintech topics. The result is an automatic, shareable, real‑time dashboard that saves manual monitoring time, enables rapid, customer‑focused action, and provides ongoing trend spotting, brand monitoring and competitor intelligence for the BWGV banks.
