Fetch Rewards is a leading consumer-rewards app (13M+ users, 2B+ receipts) that helps shoppers earn rewards by scanning receipts. After launching a Consumer Insights team in 2021, the company faced a limited view of its online conversation and needed real-time social listening to inform marketing, product and competitive strategy — the twin challenges were building that capability and driving adoption across the organization.

Fetch partnered with Brandwatch Consumer Research and followed a build–refine–grow plan: establishing brand-health monitoring, running roadshows to educate teams, and combining Brandwatch social data with in-app and survey signals. The program enabled campaign and product optimization (e.g., back-to-school and a new social feature), generated leadership-ready insights, increased internal adoption, and freed capacity for deeper analysis — improving decision-making, user retention and growth.
