Saudi Geological Survey Implements Bradford Networks’ Network Sentry to Control Mobile Device Access

Saudi Geological Survey (SGS), a government agency with about 1,500 staff across 18 locations and roughly 4,000 endpoints, faced rising numbers of mobile, BYOD, guest and contractor devices. With only port-level security and a manual provisioning process, SGS needed automated network access control and full endpoint visibility to ensure intermittently used geological and environmental equipment met software and OS patch requirements and to integrate with its proxy environment.

After a successful proof-of-concept, SGS implemented Bradford Networks’ Network Sentry for its ease of integration, cost and simplified management. Network Sentry enforces endpoint compliance before connection, automates provisioning for employees and guests, exposes outdated devices and rogue access points, and provides real-time visibility and mitigation—reducing risk, streamlining IT workloads and earning strong post-sales support.
