Case Study: Zuellig Pharma achieves fast, compliant document automation with Bottomline Transform Content Center

A Bottomline Case Study

Preview of the Zuellig Pharma Case Study

Zuellig Pharma improves efficiency and visibility whilst processing more than 15,000 documents every day

Zuellig Pharma Thailand, part of one of Asia’s largest healthcare services groups, faced strict government regulations and highly variable customer documentation requirements as it prepared for a global SAP migration. Existing manual and homegrown document processes couldn’t scale—some orders required 10+ unique forms—so the team needed a flexible, SAP-integrated automation solution in place before go-live to avoid delivery disruption.

They implemented Bottomline’s Transform Content Center, which links to SAP and local databases and can be configured in-house to handle customized shipping documents. The platform now generates more than 15,000 documents daily, cuts paperwork generation from minutes to seconds, reduces errors and misplacements, provides web-based fulfilment visibility and easy form maintenance, and has been rolled out to other locations with plans to expand functionality.
