Working with Bottomline, ODEON deployed Transform Content Centre with Transform OCR to centralise scanning, automated data capture, matching and workflow. The solution provides a dashboard and smart split-screen PO/invoice reconciliation, seven-year archival and duplicate checks, cutting manual rekeying and reducing headcount by two FTEs.
