Vibe Credit Union, formerly Telecom Credit Union, rebranded to reach a younger, wider audience and realized it needed a redesigned website and stronger online/mobile banking capabilities to convert digital prospects into members. The not‑for‑profit community institution serves over 36,000 members and sought a more modern, frictionless account-opening experience as part of its brand overhaul.

Vibe implemented Bottomline Technologies’ Online Account Opening for Consumers, enabling applicants to apply, open, and fund accounts fully online or at in-branch self-service kiosks, with multilayered identity and fraud checks (no physical driver’s license required).
