Global Loan Agency Services Ltd (GLAS) faced major 2021 changes to the SWIFT Customer Security Programme (CSP), including a new mandatory independent assessment. GLAS needed an external assessor to confirm it met both mandatory and advisory controls while keeping the additional workload from burdening its internal team.

Bottomline, together with their SWIFT cyber security partner, was selected due to existing knowledge of GLAS’s environment and carried out a pre-attestation to identify gaps and focus resources. Using those recommendations GLAS completed the independent attestation ahead of the deadline, strengthened its understanding of the CSP, and continues to receive ongoing support to stay compliant as the programme evolves.
