Chambers Bank, a regional bank in Arkansas, faced challenges with its IT ticket management. Their previous system, a shared inbox and then a solution from a non-specialist vendor, lacked ownership of requests and responsive support, which led them to seek a new provider. This prompted them to implement BOSSDesk from BOSS Solutions.

BOSS provided a specialized, easy-to-use ticket management system with a US-based support team and a pre-built service catalog.
