Grady Health System, a major health system in Atlanta, needed to consolidate multiple tools for managing its 5000+ IT assets and replace its cumbersome mainframe service desk. Their goal was to find a simple, flexible solution for asset and license management that would be easier for over 10,000 staff to use for daily requests and incidents.
BOSS implemented its Support Central solution to meet Grady's asset management and service desk requirements. The system was found to be very easy and flexible, allowing the IT team to resolve most requests remotely. As a result, BOSS enabled Grady to eliminate multiple other products and even extend the system's use to project management and non-IT inventory. BOSS provided outstanding support, creating a successful partnership.
