Alm. Brand Group, a leading Danish insurance firm, needed a faster way to support customers during urgent, high-volume events like Storm Malik and to provide quick answers on coverage and claims outside normal contact center hours. To meet that challenge, the company worked with boost.ai to deploy conversational AI virtual agents for both external customers and internal support teams.
Using boost.ai’s Natural Language Understanding platform, Alm. Brand Group launched the customer-facing Albotta and the employee support bot Albot. The solution resolved 84% of customer inquiries during Storm Malik, handled more than 2,000 conversations in the crisis, and later supported over 55,000 conversations across 1,000+ topics. Internally, boost.ai helped power a chatbot that answers 95% of employee questions correctly, improving consistency, efficiency, and knowledge access.
