After leaving BoomTown in 2017 to try other platforms, the team encountered disruptive changes that contributed to a sales plateau—about 300–350 closings versus an expected ~600—prompting a reassessment of their technology and support needs.

BoomTown addressed those needs by rolling out features like bulk texting, advanced accountability dashboards/leaderboards, improved qualification questions, and new integrations, and by launching Success Assurance in 2019 to deliver transaction‑ready, qualified leads. The Figueroa Team returned to BoomTown for its technology, dedicated success management and coaching, restoring a trusted database and systems designed to remove the self‑inflicted drag on growth and help the team refocus on closing deals.
