To address those challenges they implemented BoomTown’s central CRM and marketing suite—using tools like Marketing Central, Lead Central, and Now Wall—to consolidate marketing, lead management, and agent workflows.
BoomTown delivered an integrated, AI-enabled system for geo-targeted and social advertising, lead segmentation, and web-behavior insights that let the team keep growth in-house and predictable. With BoomTown, Florida Life Real Estate Group grew from about $19M to $100M in closed deals (2021), manages roughly 300 transactions annually with an 8–10 agent team, built a 14,000-contact database, and reports about one new transaction for every $1,000 spent on Marketing Central ads (approximately $6–7K commission per transaction), enabling continued scalable growth.
