Steinberg Diagnostic Medical Imaging (SDMI) is a 450-person radiology group operating nine facilities in the greater Las Vegas area whose mission is to deliver the best possible patient experience. In 2019 employees asked for a more transparent, easy-to-use peer-to-peer recognition program because the existing manual system was inconsistent and easy to forget.

SDMI adopted Bonusly, whose mobile apps enabled real-time, visible recognition across locations, boosting interoffice visibility and manager awareness. Since May 2019 employees have given over 25,300 recognitions; 90% receive recognition each month, 65% give recognition each month, and 41% of recognitions come via Bonusly’s mobile apps—contributing to happier staff and better patient experiences.
