Using BMC TrueSight Operations Management to unify application and infrastructure monitoring, Ensono consolidated 15 tools into a single platform and introduced automation, self‑provisioning and analytics. The solution allowed Ensono to add 2,500 endpoints in six months without new staff, cut a client’s monthly ticket volume from ~10,000 to a few hundred, reduce event noise, and improve predictability and service availability.
