Using BMC BladeLogic Server Automation, BMC Remedy ITSM, and BMC Atrium Orchestrator, Transamerica built a closed-loop compliance and event‑driven automation platform. The changes cut compliance resolution from days or weeks to minutes, cut audit prep from six people a week to one person for a few hours, automated 94,273 event responses in seven months (saving 9,000+ staff hours), reduced level‑2 workload, and shifted the team from reactive to proactive operations.
