Facing a rapidly growing volume of security alerts, Totalsec needed to raise operations-center maturity by consolidating, correlating, and prioritizing events and ensuring the right people were notified to respond quickly.

Working with AIS Sistemas Avanzados de Información, Totalsec implemented BMC TrueSight and Remedy Service Management Suite to ingest alerts from SIEMs like Splunk and IBM QRadar, automatically generate and route incident tickets, and provide analytics and dashboards. The solution handles about 80,000 incidents and 3,000 changes annually, improved mean time to resolution by 30%, and supported Totalsec’s ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certifications while giving clear SLA visibility.
