The team implemented BMC Control‑M Workload Automation to simplify and automate scheduling, integrate with Active Directory, and ensure reliable automated file transfers. As a result, deployment jobs now take 10 minutes instead of 3 hours, licensing and maintenance costs fell about 30%, thousands of staff hours are saved annually, schedulers can save up to two hours a day via self‑service, and overall job reliability and mobile access for project managers have improved.
