Teachers Federal Credit Union, a member-owned credit union with more than $9.7 billion in assets and 460,000+ members, needed to streamline operations and enable contactless, scalable processing to support national expansion and the rise of digital banking. To meet this challenge, Teachers engaged Infosys to deploy intelligent automation from SS&C Blue Prism, recruiting automation champions across business units to prioritize and scale IA adoption.
SS&C Blue Prism digital workers were rolled out into 16 business functions, with automations built around tracked value metrics and surfaced on a dashboard; the deployment enabled 24/7 “lights-out” processing, faster fraud detection, and OCR/machine learning–driven transaction vetting. As a result of SS&C Blue Prism’s IA, Teachers has saved eight million clicks, reclaimed roughly 13,250 days of work, and now processes member transactions 50% faster, freeing staff to focus on higher-value member services and exploring AI-driven innovations.
