Using SS&C Blue Prism Chorus BPM, Select Health automated error detection and batching so a provider analyst fixes one master claim and Chorus applies the same correction and notes across the batch; roughly 1,400 employees leverage Chorus across the organization. The result: erroneous claims now process in three days (down from 60 — a 95% reduction), 95% of claims are processed within 15 days, interest payments were eliminated, backlogs dropped, and member/provider satisfaction and scalability improved.
