Using SS&C Blue Prism, Riksbyggen automated an initial set of 10 processes and has grown to 55 automated processes, freeing employees to focus on customer service. The deployment saves about 30,000 work hours annually and cut reconciliation time from 150 hours to just 10 hours, delivering measurable operational efficiencies and improved customer-facing capacity.
