Raytheon Rapidly Delivers Value at Scale with Intelligent Automation

Raytheon engaged SS&C Blue Prism to rapidly scale intelligent automation across its enterprise to deliver transformational business value. Facing growing complexity as processes and security requirements increased, Raytheon built a Center of Excellence to standardize delivery, reuse assets, and deploy a Digital Workforce program leveraging SS&C Blue Prism RPA technology.

Using SS&C Blue Prism, Raytheon’s CoE produced a “software factory” that deployed 120 digital workers across nine functions and more than 50 applications, with 69% object reuse and integration with iBPM. The program returned more than 280,000 labor hours to the business and generated tens of millions of dollars in value by automating intercompany billing, purchase order management, proposal quality checks and other processes.
