PTT Group Completes Month-End Reports 85% Faster With IA

PTT Digital, the IT services arm of PTT Group, needed to boost efficiency across finance teams supporting multiple large subsidiaries where month‑end reporting and bank reconciliations were complex, repetitive and time‑consuming. To tackle this, PTT Digital partnered with SS&C Blue Prism to deploy robotic process automation (RPA) and SS&C Blue Prism digital workers across key financial processes.

Using SS&C Blue Prism RPA, PTT Digital automated tasks such as consolidating Excel data, logging into SAP to complete reports, auto‑reconciling bank statements, uploading records and sending notifications. The automation cut month‑end report time by 85%, sped up bank reconciliations by 72%, returned roughly 150,000 hours to the business (about 560 hours/month from reconciliations), and enabled the creation of an Intelligent Process Automation Center (IPAC) to scale reuse and generate new revenue streams.
