Prosegur Enhances Speed, Accuracy and Client Experience with Blue Prism’s Connected-RPA

Prosegur, a private security company based in Spain, set up a Department of Automation and Robotics in 2017 to drive digital transformation and improve operational speed, accuracy and customer experience. To achieve this, Prosegur deployed the SS&C Blue Prism Digital Workforce as part of a sustainable, extensible automation ecosystem to scale RPA across multiple functions.

Using SS&C Blue Prism, Prosegur launched the “Super Robot” program to centralize process discovery, analysis and development and roll out Digital Workers across 14 business units. The initiative automated 300 processes, returned 350,000 hours to the business (about €3 million), delivered €50,000 savings for a single process, and achieved >100% ROI within 18 months, significantly boosting efficiency and client experience.
