SS&C Blue Prism helped re-engineer the end-to-end funeral-claims workflow in three months, automating routing, external validations (Department of Home Affairs and banks), Compass policy checks, unique case references and automated customer updates via Chorus. The result: 99% of funeral claims are paid within eight hours (most within four), a 43% improvement in one-day payments, redeployment of staff to other tasks, and faster, more consistent customer experiences.
