Monmouthshire Building Society Rapidly Dispatches Mortgage Offers with Blue Prism Cloud

Monmouthshire Building Society faced growing volumes of mortgage offers and a legacy, manual process that required colleagues to navigate multiple systems and merge documents by hand—creating delays, errors and customer frustration. To address this, the Society engaged SS&C Blue Prism and implemented a Blue Prism Cloud digital worker to automate mortgage-related tasks from application setup to offer dispatch.

SS&C Blue Prism’s digital worker now searches for new offers, builds and files paperwork for solicitors, brokers and homebuyers, performs required checks and sends notification emails, freeing staff from repetitive work. The automation reduced errors, increased employee satisfaction and returned around 20 hours per month to colleagues, allowing faster offer delivery and easier access to files for underwriters and associates.
