SS&C Blue Prism implemented digital workers across ten functional areas and more than 35 processes, freeing roughly 271,000 staff hours, delivering over $10 million in cost savings, and letting employees focus on value‑added clinical work. The SS&C Blue Prism solution scaled quickly with strong cultural adoption, replaced repetitive back‑office tasks (two digital workers now doing the equivalent work of 130 people), and enabled future automation plans to further improve patient journeys.
