Invesco, a US‑based investment manager with more than $1 trillion in assets, needed to boost analyst and portfolio manager productivity and improve customer experience by automating extensive research and routine tasks. To centralize innovation and scale its program, Invesco partnered with SS&C Blue Prism and adopted Blue Prism’s Robotic Operating Model and Digital Workers.

SS&C Blue Prism implemented a firm‑wide Robotic Operating Model, conducted education roadshows, and deployed Digital Workers across 70+ processes in three regions covering nine business functions and 23 sub‑functions (including RFPs, SOX compliance and real estate research). The program delivered an estimated $1.44M in annual savings ($3.59M NPV over three years) and roughly 90% time‑efficiency gains, freeing analysts to focus on higher‑value investment work.
